St Alphage Church

.

"St Alphage has many memorials and gravestones of the Huguenots and is now used imaginatively as the Canterbury Urban Studies Centre. Ask the librarian for the "Register of St Alphage Records from 1558 to 1800" edited by Joseph Cowper.

You will find TEVELEIN records from 1723 to 1800.  This was the Huguenot's first church. It had to be shared with the parishioners and soon it was too small.
